DESCRIPTION:Fall 2022/Spring 2023 \nJoshua & Peter: The Sufficiency of God \n“And after you have suffered a little while\, the God of all grace\, who has called you to His eternal glory in Christ\, will Himself restore\, confirm\, strengthen\, and establish you.”~1 Peter 5.10 \n\nJoin Mikie Bellis and the women of CEPC for a 20-week Bible study focused on the sufficiency of God. We will examine how God continually restored\, confirmed\, strengthened\, and established two very different men: Joshua and Peter. As we study the books of Joshua and 1 & 2 Peter\, we will see how perfectly God provided for their greatest needs as they faced many challenges in life and in service to him. Again and again\, God proves to Joshua and to Peter that he is an All-Sufficient God. As we study the books bearing their names ~ Joshua\, 1 Peter\, and 2 Peter ~ we will meet the same All-Sufficient God. We will learn that he alone is able to still our fearful hearts\, quiet our anxious thoughts\, mend our broken spirits\, and comfort us in our times of suffering. Indeed\, he alone faithfully provides all we need. DESCRIPTION:Soccer Camp 2022 is June 27-July 1\, 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. \nCampers\nCampers who will be in grades 1-7 for the 2022-2023 school year are invited to join us fun-filled week playing soccer and so much more. \nFor the safety of our campers\, we are unable to receive younger or older campers. (Please note that campers must be 6 prior to September 1\, 2022.) \nBreakfast and Lunch will be served daily. \nDaily activities include age appropriate soccer instruction\, soccer competition\, indoor activities (to keep everyone cooled down) and lots of fun! \nCampers need to wear tennis shoes (not cleats) and their camp t-shirt every day. Also\, campers get the most out of camp when they attend every day\, as each day builds on what was learned the day before. \n			\n						Camper Registration\n					 \nVolunteers\nSoccer Camp is one of the primary outreach activities CEPC hosts for the families at our partner schools of Cedar Brook Elementary and Lion Lane. We are expecting a record number of campers this year\, and need lots of volunteers to lead small groups\, to serve snacks\, meals and water\, to oversee crafts\, to be on the security team around campus\, and\, yes\, to coach the campers on the soccer field. \n			\n						Volunteer Registration\n					 \nSnacks\nCEPC Soccer Camp 2022 is June 27 – July 1. We’re expecting our largest group of campers ever this year\, and playing soccer makes them hungry! \nPlease note that all the snacks listed are for the Sam’s Club/Costco size boxes. The snack foods and juices can be dropped off at the Community Outreach table on Main Street any time between now and soccer camp\, or at the CEPC office. DESCRIPTION:A Congregational Meeting to elect our new elders and deacons will be held Sunday\, June 19\, at 9:45 am (immediately following the conclusion of our 8:30 worship service). He writes: “Christians know what Jesus Christ has done – but who is he? What is his deepest heart for his people\, weary and faltering on their journey toward heaven? Jesus said he is ‘gentle and lowly in heart.’” Using Scripture and the writing of several Puritan saints\, Ortlund helps us delve into the truth about the heart of God and the heart of Christ.
